Co-created with ACT therapists and clients, for ACT therapists and their clients. ACTaide supports clients in practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) exercises between sessions through an interesting, unique, and evidence-informed format.
It is not uncommon for clients to struggle with practicing exercises learned during therapy sessions. Things like low motivation, forgetting, or simply not having access to the exercises when needed can get in the way. Yet, practicing these exercises at home is essential for building and mastering skills that lead to real, lasting change. Created by researchers at McGill University.
